2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase products from PureTips. By placing an order you represent that you meet the applicable legal age requirement.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

PureTips filters are intended for use with legal herbal products only. Smoking may be harmful to your health. Nothing on this Site is intended to promote or encourage the use of illegal substances. Use our products responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion—for example, if we suspect fraud or an age-restricted purchase. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full credit-card information.

5. Shipping & Returns

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureTips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
