Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused PureTips products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email puresmokesllc@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit-card company and bank. Processing time may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
