PostHog

Email / CRM Storage
If you submit your email address for a discount code or newsletter signup, we store it in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, hosted on Supabase, so we can send you the offer and related marketing communications. You can ask us to delete this data at any time using the contact details in Section 10.
Cookies
Our website and third-party services use cookies to track your activity and remember your preferences. Cookies help us measure advertising effectiveness and improve your experience.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Email and phone numbers are hashed (encrypted) before being sent to advertising platforms
- Payment information is processed securely by Stripe using industry-standard encryption
- We use secure connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission

- Ad preferences: Opt out of personalized ads via Facebook Ad Preferences and Google Ad Settings

- Service providers necessary to operate our business (Stripe, shipping carriers, our Supabase-hosted CRM)
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google, PostHog) to measure performance

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Our use of Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics for advertising may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA, even though we don't sell data for money. To opt out of this sharing ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"), email puresmokesllc@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or use the browser-level opt-outs and ad-platform preference links in Section 6. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right. To exercise any other CCPA/CPRA right (access, deletion, correction), contact us using the details in Section 10; we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made.
